This English version is provided as a courtesy translation for your convenience. The Spanish version of these Terms and Conditions is the legally binding one and shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
Thank you for choosing Casa Cordobán. Every pair of moccasins we sell is handcrafted to order, just for you. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of our products through casacordoban.com. Please read them carefully before placing your order: by confirming it, you declare that you have read and accepted them.
1. Who we are

As the seller is a natural person, registration with the Spanish Companies Register does not apply.
2. Scope
These terms apply to sales made through casacordoban.com to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession) with a delivery address in Spain or elsewhere in the European Union. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
The contract is concluded in Spanish, which is the binding version of these terms; this English version is a courtesy translation. You will receive an order confirmation by email, which serves as your record of the purchase and of the applicable conditions.
3. Our products and prices
Casa Cordobán sells handcrafted calf suede moccasins, available in 16 colours and in EU sizes 39 to 46. As artisanal pieces made from natural suede, slight variations in tone and texture may occur between pairs: they are the signature of a handmade product, not a defect.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are itemised before you confirm your order. The total price shown at checkout before confirmation is the final price: there are no hidden charges.
Quantity discounts
We currently apply the following quantity discounts automatically in the cart, with no code required:

The applied discount is shown in the cart and in the order summary before payment. These promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
4. How to place an order
The purchase process is simple and transparent:
- Choose your model, colour and size on the product page and click "Add to cart".
- Review your cart: you will see the selected items and, where applicable, the quantity discount applied automatically.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your contact details and delivery address.
- Select the shipping method: you will see its cost and estimated delivery time for your address.
- Choose your payment method and review the final summary, showing the total price (VAT and shipping included).
- Confirm the order by clicking the payment button, which entails an obligation to pay.
- You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. At that moment the sales contract is concluded.
If you notice an error in your order after confirming it, please write to us as soon as possible at alvgar6b@gmail.com: since each pair is made to order, we can easily correct it if production has not yet started.
5. Payment methods
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, which accepts the main credit and debit cards, as well as any express digital wallets displayed at checkout. The amount is charged when you confirm your order.
The entire transaction takes place over an encrypted connection. Casa Cordobán never stores your card numbers; payment data is handled directly by Shopify and its associated financial institutions.
6. Handcrafting, shipping and delivery
Our moccasins do not sit in a warehouse: they are handcrafted once your order is received. Production time is approximately 10 days. Once your pair is finished, we ship it and you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the parcel to your door.
- The specific shipping costs and delivery times depend on the delivery address and are always shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
- Shipping is free on orders over €100.
- We deliver to Spain and to the rest of the European Union.
Should there be a delay beyond the indicated timeframe, we will let you know and you may require delivery within an appropriate additional period; if we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you will be entitled to terminate the contract and receive a full refund, in accordance with consumer law.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the order, without giving any reason.
We want to be clear on an important point: although each pair is handcrafted to order, our moccasins are standard catalogue products (you choose from predefined colours and sizes), not goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Therefore, the right of withdrawal fully applies to your purchases from Casa Cordobán, and the exception for personalised goods under Article 103(c) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (LGDCU) does not apply.
How to exercise it
- Notify us of your decision within the deadline by means of an unequivocal statement: an email to alvgar6b@gmail.com quoting your order number is enough. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.
- We will reply without delay, acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal and providing instructions and the exact return address.
- Send the product back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us of your decision.
The direct cost of returning the goods (the return shipment) is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt.
Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice, if any, of a delivery method more expensive than the standard one), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Condition of the returned product
You may try the moccasins on just as you would in a shop: indoors, on a clean surface. We ask that you return them without signs of use beyond such a fitting and in their original packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish law (the consolidated Consumer Protection Act, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021): as new goods, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years from delivery. Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
If your pair shows a lack of conformity, you are entitled, under the terms of the law, to have the product repaired or replaced and, where this is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or the termination of the contract. All of this at no cost to you.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or care of the footwear, or the slight variations in tone or texture inherent to natural suede and to the artisanal process, which make each pair unique.
To make a claim under the guarantee, write to us at alvgar6b@gmail.com quoting your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs. We will take care of everything.

10. Alternative dispute resolution
If you have any disagreement with us, please write to us first: our intention is to resolve it directly and amicably.
Please note that the former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is no longer available.
Casa Cordobán is not currently adhered to any accredited consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entity. Nevertheless, as a consumer you may in any case turn to:
- The Spanish Consumer Arbitration System (Consumer Arbitration Boards), which is free of charge for consumers.
- The municipal consumer information offices (OMIC) and the consumer affairs services of your region.
- Legally constituted consumer associations, as well as the equivalent consumer protection bodies of your EU country of residence.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and the contracts concluded through casacordoban.com are governed by Spanish law. If you reside in another Member State of the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
For any dispute, you fully retain the jurisdiction rights the law grants you as a consumer, including the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.
12. Final provisions
- If any clause of these terms is declared void, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.
- We may update these terms at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed, which will be governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
- These terms are complemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the Shipping and Returns page.
